Joseph is the CEO of Covering America Insurance Agency, one of the nation's largest full-service Medicare insurance brokerages. For the past 18 years, he has dedicated his career to educating, advising, and assisting Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their coverage options.

As a licensed insurance broker, Joseph brings extensive knowledge of Medicare, insurance carriers, underwriting, and plan design. His philosophy is simple: every client deserves to fully understand their options so they can make an informed decision that's in their best interest.

Known for his direct, honest, and educational approach, Joseph encourages clients to ask as many questions as needed — because there is never a wrong question, and sometimes the same question deserves to be answered more than once.

Outside of work, Joseph is a devoted husband and proud father of two. As a family, they enjoy camping, floating rivers, kayaking, spending time at the beach, and escaping for island adventures whenever possible.

Al founded Covering America Insurance with a singular vision: to cut through the confusion of Medicare and make sure no American faces that decision alone. A University of Michigan BBA graduate, he combines sharp business acumen with a deeply personal commitment to client advocacy.
